The culinary offerings at Shinrai are impressive, particularly the yu sheng, which was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever tasted. The combination of fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors made it a standout dish that we can't stop talking about.
Equally memorable were the grilled mushrooms, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. They paired wonderfully with the sushi, which is a highlight in its own right. Each piece was crafted with care, showcasing the freshness of the fish and the skill of the chefs. it is a must go place for us.
