Ok, the last in our mini short story has to end with a BANG right? What better way to celebrate the new year than having one of history’s most celebrated dish? Dating back as far as the Tang dynasty, emperors used to have this as a delicacy. The famous Buddha Jump over the Wall is in town and you can find it nicely nestled in Safra Punggol at Pin Si Superior. This beautiful dish comprises of the most lavish of ingredients ranging from scallops to abalones. Best part? This can easily feed a family of 10!

P.S Pin Si Superior also has a Pin Si Restaurant at Safra Yishun just in case you find travelling to Punggol a tad too challenging. Hee hee.
