If you’re a fan of celebrity chef-concocted cuisine, this will be exciting news for you. World-renowned Michelin Star Chef, Gordon Ramsay and award-winning chef, David Myers are set to open their very first restaurants in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands (MBS).
Slated to launch early next year, Ramsay’s new restaurant will be modelled after his London-based restaurant, Bread Street Kitchen, bearing the same name. The restaurant will offer classic British-European Cuisine, similar to its British counterpart. Ramsay said that he is delighted to open a restaurant in Singapore and to further expand into Asia.
As for David Myers, diners can expect nothing short of the award-winning Los Angeles chef's acclaimed portfolio of many unique dishes to his name from past restaurants that he has worked in. This includes Hinoki & The Bird, Sola and Comme Ca in Japan and the United States.
His new restaurant in MBS will serve fusion food that was inspired by his travels. Food lovers can look forward to dishes such as crispy buckwheat chicken with Okinawan salt, big eye tuna served with a spicy mint-coconut salad, and scallops with grapefruit and mustard seed.
