Popular rum bar and grill restaurant, Sugarhall has introduced a spanking new supper menu to satisfy your late night cravings. If you find it hard now to find a good place to have a meal and not just bar bites after hours, this new menu will fill the void.
Gourmet small plates
Head chef Polo Seah has decided to split this menu up into small plates and hearty dishes so patrons will have the liberty to choose a lighter or fuller meal. Some small plate offerings include Devils on Horseback ($8). Besides its unique and quirky name, this light gourmet dish boasts sweet and savoury flavours with perfect balance. Chunks of pear and sticky prunes are enveloped by bacon, the perfect snack for a night of indulgence.
Other items available on the menu include Country Pate ($10) and Beef Skewers ($12).
Hearty comfort dishes
Inspired by his trip to the U.S., Chef Polo created the Buttermilk Fried Chicken ($14), crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. If you're looking for something heavier, go right for their Sugarhall Ramen ($16, pictured). This dish includes Pork Belly, Kimchi Bacon, egg and garlic topped off on the ramen noodles.
