Gaia Ristorante & Bar Located at the all rustic Goodwood Park Hotel and infused with nature in every aspect, Gaia Ristorante & Bar carries an ambiance perfect for that romantic date. In the Sixth Edition of Restaurant Week, OpenRicer vnuss147 indulged in dishes like Pan fried ham and ricotta cheese timbale served with red radicchio chicory and Homemade tagliatelle pasta with soft shell crab, but what won her over that night was the Slow oven-baked cod fish in milk. "The cod fish was the best dish of the night! The fat content was just nice, and it was cooked perfectly well. The presentation was gorgeous too!" Donning a surprise menu this time, expect Executive Chef Moreno Martini to blow you away with his marriage of classic and contemporary Italian dining. We doubt you’ll be disappointed.
