Top 5 Seafood Buffet Restaurants
2013-05-24
The call of seafood is hard to resist. And most buffet restaurants in Singapore couldn’t agree more as evident in the dedicated sections they provide just to host a wide array of these fresh delicacies. As for you dear readers, how often do you see yourself stocking your plate with the lobsters, prawns, oysters, and all other delights from the ocean?
Seafoods can be tricky, though. If they’re not fresh, then they’re not worth the space in your tummy. So if you decide to splurge on these, make sure that you get your money’s worth and go to the restaurants which serve them really fresh. Here are 5 restaurants we recommend:
1. Todai @ The Shoppes, Marina Bay Sands
Today is the day you should visit Todai! For the month of May, the international, seafood, and sushi buffet restaurant located at The Shoppes Marina Bay Sands is having the Abalone festival where you can tuck into nothing short of abalones served in different styles!
As for regular days (meaning, no promotions), the restaurant still makes it special with an impressive spread of seafood ranging from snow crab legs, oysters, scallops, and baby octopus. The choices extend beyond seafood with stations dedicated to Japanese sushi and sashimi, pizza and pasta, as well as meat carving stations. In short, a dining experience at Todai extends to more than just seafood!

A visit to this restaurant won’t be complete without spending some time in the seafood section.
