Today the family decide to have lunch together at the restaurant. As we are a big group, we take up 2 tables. We start the meal with Old Yellow Melon Soup. The soup is quite flavourful and has tender pork ribs in it.Next we have Roasted Duck which is cut into huge chucks. The meat is quite tender and juicy. It tastes quite nice with the plum sauce that served with it.The Char Siu is also quite nice too. It is well char grilled on the outside. It tastes quite juicy and flavourful.The Stir Fried G

 The Deep Fried Tofu is best dish of the meal. It is served 5 spice salt style. It tastes super crispy outside but hollow inside. It is a very interesting dish.
Sweet & Sour Pork

 The Sweet & Sour Pork turns out to be the let down of the meal. The meat tastes a bit tough and lack of crispy texture.

Overall the meal is not bad. Food is served quite quickly. Tea is refilled often. And the place is not crowded during Sunday afternoon.

This place is quite popular, and there is queue when we reach there for dinner. But we have made reservation for 2 tables in advance, plus reservation for the roasted ducks too. The place is quite traditional looking with pictures of its well known chef.We start the meal with the roasted duck which is served with sweet plum sauce. The meat is quite tender.I like the chilli sauce and garlic sauce too. Having the garlic sauce in plain rice is a real pick me up.Next is the cabbage in a milky sauce

 The sweet and sour pork that follows is kind of disappointing as it is not crispy and the sauce tastes a bit off.

 Lastly we finish the meal with steamed egg. Surprising the simple dish has salted egg yolk inside which gives bite to texture and does not taste salty.

Overall food is not bad but I would not want to queue for its food.
