My friend and I were at the Expo for a meeting and decided to settle our dinner at Changi Airport since we were in the vicinity. As both of us were living at the West area, it's quite a rare chance that we can visit the Airport in the East. She suggested Soup Restaurant and I agreed. For our drinks, we ordered their Chrysanthemum tea (S$3.60 for two glasses) which were being refilled promptly each time it was near empty. There Chrysanthemum tea really can quench our thirst and one can even spot the real Chrysanthemum flower inside.

We ordered their most popular Samsui Ginger Chicken (S$15.90), Hometown Tofu (S$8.90) and their new dish called Poached baby Spinach with Canpoy in century & Salted Egg stock (S$12.90) and a soup of the day (S$5.90).

Their Samsui Ginger Chicken is as usual delicious. Eat it with ginger only or wrapped it with the lettuce and cucumber and dipped it in the ginger sauce. Their taste of their hometown tofu lingers in my mouth for a long time too. Spinach is a healthy choice. Overall, we had a cozy dinner and it feels like an elaborated home-cooked meal.
