I gotta make a case for this heavenly dish man!! Personally, i'm not a fan of ginger! Heck that actually, i hate ginger! However, when i go to Soup Restaurant and get their Samsui chicken, i go absolutely bonkers! It's the only time that i eat ginger! Furthermore, the chicken slices are one of the most tender i have ever seen! This even applies to the breast meat! I believe most diners will love the food from the restaurant, especially the signature samsui chicken. I am not an exception as the food is simply delicious. However, I am not very pleased with the service.Though we requested for a bigger table when we first entered the restaurant, the waitress insisted that we can only take the small table. A very good restaurant that serves good homecooked food like steam chicken,double boiled soups,sesame chickens,fried sambal kangkongs,fried rice etc...Normally i don't eat breast meat as i don't like the toughness in them but i'm very surprised that i'm eating the breast meat here without realizing as they looked and taste so smooth and tender.An order comes as a half bird with raw lettures as a side wrap.The sesame chicken is so good that i can even eat it alone without rice and even though it's smell and taste heavenly of sesame oil and old ginger,it is not at all salty or oily but of course with rice,the gravy can easily be cleaned up.…查看更多
