I enjoy eating la mians as I love the feeling of slurping noodles in a rich broth. When I saw this stall selling la mians, I just knew I had to order from them. I got the spicy and sour la mian which cost $3. The la mian is good and not over cooked which is a plus point, since the noodles retains its texture. However, I found the spicy sour broth to be slightly too starchy for my liking. Also, the ingredients are cooked within the broth, so I didn’t get to taste much ingredients. That is also another thing which I disliked. Perhaps I should try the other noodles instead of this spicy sour noodles. 繼續閱讀

My dad told me to go order some xiao long bao to go with our meal. i went to order. Waited for some time for the order to be made. Their xiao long bao is the kind that you order then they make for you. It was not as good as din tai fung or crystal jade. But it was acceptable. The skin was not too thick. The soup was tasty and the meat was fresh. Overall not too bad! 繼續閱讀

This is a newly open stall by our foreign talents from China. While queuing to order our food, we can actually admire the chef busy at work, making the dumplings on the spot. I ordered Zha Jiang Mian or Fried bean and meat sauce noodle. The bowl looks big but actually the serving is pathetic. A few mouthful and the whole bowl is cleared. This bowl of Zha Jiang Mian consist of wheat noodles covered in a thick sauce of minced pork, durian, fermented bean paste and thinly sliced carrot and cucumber to add to the crunch. Tasty but the meat is a little big too dry. 繼續閱讀
