先後在炎記及福海(芳林)分別吃了招牌乾撈麵線及咖喱雞粗米粉,還有點意猶未盡,所以,途經「東陵」就想嚐嚐其酥皮咖喱角。東陵獨賣3款食物,包括雞肉咖喱角、沙丁咖喱角、芋泥角,都是以酥皮包裹。我們看到她的咖喱角大大隻,就買了雞肉咖喱角試試,看看味道如何!原來裡面不單止有雞肉,還有蛋,口感頗有趣,加上以酥皮包裹,形狀有別於我們港式三角形的咖喱角,反而有點似過年時所吃的角仔那樣,酥皮算不得很鬆脆,還可以吧! 繼續閱讀

(+) Evenly deep-fried, which explains the very crispy pastry shell crust.(+) Generous rich serving of thick curry with chicken, diced potatoes and portioned hard-boiled egg.(+) Flavoursome ingredients and curry was well seasoned and thick enough not to ooze out at bite-point and create a mess.(-) Not recommended for foodies who enjoy fluffy and soft curry puffs.(-) The pastry shell of the curry puff was not exactly aesthetic.(-) Vendor was wheeling in cans of sardine in tomato sauce for their preparation.(-) Burns your tongue if you are not careful!Verdict: 6.5/10 繼續閱讀

The potato filling was quite nice and generous. Most importantly, it's not very spicy as i cannot take spiciness so this is good for people like me. The crust was a bit too thick. I would prefer it to be thinner. The size is bigger than the average so it is quite filling, nice to have for snack.The sardine one is another interesting choice that i am interested to try next time. 繼續閱讀

Went there shopping & saw this stall so decided to give it a try It taste abit nicer than "tip top" curry puffThey have 3 kind of flavour I bought the curry chicken The crust is crispy & inside have eggs,potato,curry chicken The filling is quite a lot,it doesn't have those weird smellBut curry level abit too spicy for me overall i rate 6/10 繼續閱讀
