These Chinese snacks such as cooked cuttlefish, Chinese sausages (kwan chiang), five spice pork roll (ngoh hiang), liver roll, prawn crackers, beancurd, waterchestnut cake, fish ball etc are supplied and manufactured by the well known Hock Lian Huat Foodstuff Industry with a business heritage of 80 years.Wu Xiang prepare their own home sweet sauce that goes well with the Chinese sausages (kwan Chiang). The chilli sauce is hot with added garlic.Fried Bee Hoon goes well with these snacks. These snacks price ranges from $1.60 upwards.Chinese sausages and cooked cuttlefish are sold at S$2.00 a piece.All selection of snacks are again heated up before its cut into smaller pieces for serving. Great snacks for parties and gatherings.

The wide range of deep fried items here is one of the main reason why i often patron this stall. Their crispy meat rolls areone of my favourite selection as they are filled with lots of juicy pork meat which are mix with many nice fragrant chopped parsley in it. Just by having it with a plate of their usual fried bee hoon or on its own, are both equally delicious. Other ranges such as their bean curds and sotong taste delicious too.
