My family decided to have Cze Cha at this Ah Pang Seafood Steamboat at Mei Chin Hawker Centre. But a funny thing was that we need to make reservation if we want to order Cze Cha dishes as they normally only sell steamboat.We ordered Deep Fried Grouper, Claypot Tofu, Pepper Pork Chop and Three Cup Chicken. The deep fried grouper was very fresh, the meat was smooth and tender.
