早機到新加坡，辦好入境手續後的第一餐，就是到亞坤歎咖啡和咖咉多。根據地圖顯示，搭MRT到了牛車水區，好不容易才找到這間舖子。叫了一杯咖啡，一杯奶茶，咖咉多士，半熟雙蛋，咖咉西多士。咖啡是南洋的做法，用煉奶冲出，以個人口味來算是太甜了。冲茶的茶葉很清新及香，也沒有那麼甜，入口滑溜，個人評價比咖啡要高。這𥚃的流心蛋有特別的吃法，是加上少許胡椒粉和醬油，一下子吞下肚中，感覺到蛋很滑，做得很好。咖咉多士脆而不硬，配上咖咉醬的確滋味十足，怪不得大名響噹噹，歷久不衰了。咖咉西多士像是麵包外加雞蛋，略烘，吃時沾上咖咉醬。感覺麵包尚保持有點軟身，加上咖咉醬還算不錯，但要我揀的話我還是選上咖咉多士便是了。

This is our first time to go to Singapore. The tourist guide tells me that this is a well-known local cafe for it's kaya toast and coffee.We could hardly locate it. We had been walking nearby and around for nearly an hour that we would like to give up. Howevere we were too hungry and tired that we really wanted to sit down for some food.
