I was here for breakfast before going to office. I ordered the fried carrot cake from this stall for the first time. The nicely soft carrot cake has got a moist texture. It was fried with a good amount of dark sweet sauce together with a good portion of egg and preserved radish. It was so nicely pan fried to leave the texture a slight crispiness. A handful of chopped spring onions was added to further enhanced its taste. It goes well with my cup of Kopi O.
