One of the best fried hokkien mee in Singapore and they might be the only one that refused to serve sambal chilli with their hokkien mee. The boss of this stall mentioned that the old school hokkien mee served only with red cut chillies and only the red cut chillies go well and bring out the taste of fried hokkien mee. The waiting time is crazy, you can wait up to 1 hour for your hokkien mee to be served if you happen to come during lunch time and the waiting time can be up to 30 mins even during off peak hours.Patience is the key if you want a delicious plate of old school hokkien mee from this popular stall.
