Simple interior design, or perhaps little effort spared on it. Such actually does create a more relaxed and easy dining atmosphere Menu is as simple as it seem, with only 13 dishes.Anyway, almost all the dishes are tongue-licking good, and the dishes came to our table with our nostrils "asking" for more!First that came to our table is the Black Chicken Soup ($25.00). I like how flavorful the soup is in my mouth, and the aroma when it came to our table.Next is the Steam Pork with Salted Fish ($14.00). This dish is best to with rice, due to the salty taste.Came next is Steam Fish Head ($25.00). Perhaps just my luck Fish does not seem fresh, thus seems to be losing out a little on the smooth and moist texture.Tofu Prawns ($19.00). Sik Bao Sin allows you to enjoy the soft tofu with a little of gravy flavor absorbed in.Lastly, the Kailan Beef ($25.00). This new Zi Char shop is near in town and was recommended by my friend so I decided to check it out.  Reaching there you will already see a long queue there waiting for seats in the restaurant. I took around 20 minutes of wait before I was offer a seat.  Bought 2 of their signature dishes to try.  Ginger chicken, which is charged at a super high price of $25 was really delicious!  Chicken meat is definitely tender and juicy and really surprise on how yummy this dish is with the slices of gingers cooked in it that make it so flavourful. Slight chilli also make it more appeitizing and added that extra kick to this dish.Steamed pork with salted fish $14 has really sweet juicy pork used and the thin broad slices of salted fish did not make this dish sting, but added that mild fishy fragrant instead.  Even the gravy is yummy that blend in well with the meat.  Here the service was fast and friendly. Restaurant is quite squeezy and uncomfortable, but fortunately inside is still quite cooling. 繼續閱讀
