It's been a long time since i came to this stall. So recently when i was around the area to get some errands done, this was my choice. Rather easy to choose too cause i love noodles! Quite hard to get sick of it. HeheI had the classic mee pok dry with lots of chili. Love the 2 fried wantan skin that comes with it. Pretty shiok! Now back to the noodles.... All i can say it's simple and delicious! Ratio of the noodles with the seasoning and the meat is well balanced and taste just right.

This stall's minced meat noodles is one of my favourites in Singapore and I eat this almost every week after school! The sauce tastes quite meaty and rich and do not be afraid and ask for less chilli because it is not really spicy at all! In fact, I heard a lot of customers order for more chilli! There are two sizes, the smaller bowl for $2.50 and the larger bowl for $3.50. The portion is actually quite generous even for the smaller bowl so I feel the price is really reasonable. The FoodI ordered the minced pork mee pok dry with lots of chilli. The noodle is springy and the mee pok is more thicker than other stalls and I like their fresh minced meat and mushroom!!! It also come with fried wanton skin which is very crispy to go with the noodles. I still come back regularly to have the minced meat noodle at this stall. Self service is expected here now. The queue can be long if you come during lunch or dinner. They cooked the noodle nicely to give it the springiness though slightly softer in texture. They served it with generous amount of ingredients like stewed mushroom, minced meat, lean meat and more. Even with extra amount of chilli added, the level of spiciness is still rather mild. This is an enjoyable bowl of noodle though.

had an awesome dinner at Seng Seng Fishball Mushroom Minced Pork Noodle. Ordered their minced pork noodle. The minced pork is very nicely marinated and finely chopped to very even tiny pieces. The noodle is also very soft and chewy! Yum yum! Totally love the sauce. Goes so well with the noodles and minced pork meat. ordered the hot pot mini sized too. the hot pot has fishballs, egg, some vege and nice soup broth!

This is one of the longest surviving stalls in this food centre as it has passed from the father to the sons to manage it now. This stall started its self-service system for a while now. This is the only minced meat noodle stall that served fried wanton skin to go with their noodle. I like to mix it with the sauce before eating it. They tend to cook their noodle a bit softer with ingredients like pig's liver, lean meat and minced meat. They usually sold out around 7 pm.

I will always go for Hup Hup's minced meay noodles whenever I am in ang mo kio. The noodles here are unlike those that I eat outside. The noodles are much more firmer and are slighter thicker which gives more texture to the noodles. The ingredients are also very fresh and tasty. I especially love the minced meat because it isn't too fatty at all and also the braised mushrooms which are very soft and smooth and juicy. It is still one of my favourite stalls at amk after so long.

I stay in Ang Mo Kio for many years. I always eat at 'Hup Hup Minced Meat Noodle' at Ang Mo Kio food centre. The prices has increased but the taste is still about the same. There is queue when come to lunch. I always like to eat mee pok tai. I will add extra ingredients of lean pork, liver, minced meat, mushroom for only $1.00. The portion is quite a lot, i can until quite full. You should try it if you come here.

They served their bak chor mee with 2 pieces of fried wanton skin with other ingredients like brasied mushroom, minced meat, lean meat, fish cake and so on. i like to order their mee pok with extra ingredients for $3.50. The portion was good enough to fill my hungry stomach and got me to keep coming back. They usually sold out by 7pm so be early to avoid disapointment.

i was feeling greedy, as all the food at this market is so cheap, I decided to go for second round after my pontian wanton mee and order hup hup bak chor mee. It only cost me $2.50. I love the gravy, it went well with the noodles, very tasty as well. They were quite generous with their minced meat and mushroom. Really value for money!

A very comforting bowl of minced pork noodle operated by a pair of brothers, taken over from their father.
