There are 2 famous fried carrot cake stalls at this hawker centre, Hup Chong is one of them. This stall has been around for more than 30 years, and supposedly to be the first that started the white carrot cake, and now is in the good hand of the 3rd generation. i like it to be super crispy on the outside with additional of chai poh (pickled radish), lots of egg and extra chilli. i like it to be super crispy on the outside with additional of chai poh (pickled radish), lots of egg and extra chilli.

This stall is pretty good though the standard can be inconsistent, it can be not crispy or too oily at times but generally is still a good stall to be recommended.
