From my observation, the stall was running by husband and wife, whereby wife taking order and in charge of cashier while husband became the chef. Two pricing to choose, either $2.50 or $3.00, I ordered the smaller portion. Springy noodles which had good texture to bite, the gravy was savory. I like the dried version sweet chewy Char Siew and soup version Wanton, the pork filling was outstanding. Light and refreshing soup highlighted the dish too.
