Had ala carte buffet dinner with a big group of friends @ Tung Lok Seafood @ Orchard Central. Nice view. Must make reservations in advance.Minimum 4 persons & adult @ $38.80++, children (below 10 years old) @ $28.80++.Main categories (recommended): Japanese cold cuts - (salmon sashimi, crisp-fried shishamo), Soups - (braised shark's fin with fish maw), cold cuts & appetisers - (crispy fish skin with salted egg yolk, five spiced meat roll), Dian Xin - (fried carrot cake with sausage in spicy XO sauce), Delicacies (Drunken prawns, deep-fried marble goby, steamed red tilapia & sauteed chinese spinach with 3 kinds of eggs), rice & noodles, Desserts (ice-cream puffs, red bean cream w lotus seeds).Certain items like the shark fins & chilli crabs are limited to 1 serving per pax. The rest are free-flow ie can order as many times as you want. Like the chilli crab gravy but not much meat in the crabs though. Group favourite was the crispy fish skin. My boss bring my whole dept to Orchard Central Tung Luk Seafood for dinner. The place was relatively quiet with only a few tables occupied when we reached there. The ambience was quiet and peaceful. The view was good from 11th storey of Orchard Central. Food is good, service not too bad and most important not paid by me. I like to thank my boss and must bring us out to eat often..Haha…查看更多
