I finally tried TungLok Peking Duck at Novena, and wow it did not disappoint. The duck skin was perfectly crispy, and the meat was juicy and tender. Watching them carve it tableside made it feel like a real treat. Wrapped in those thin pancakes with cucumber and hoisin, every bite was packed with flavour. We visited for a family dinner and were thoroughly impressed, especially by their signature pecking duck and attentive service.
