Went for lunch at Ajisen after school because they got special price for student.Chicken Teriyaki Sauce Ramen Set (Student Promo) - $10.90. This set menu consists of ramen (of your choice), side dish, and drink. I love their ramen, it was springy and soft. The broth was flavorful, although I felt like too much soy sauce was put. The chicken teriyaki was juicy and well-marinated. The california roll was standard issue, but pretty okay for side dish.Overall, this set menu was quite value for money, although the variety of ramen (for the student meal) was limited (around 6 options only).

Decided to have a quick dinner at Ajisen because our movie was about to start, however, the serving time was quite long. Luckily, that didn't make us late for the movie.Anyway, when the Crayfish Ramen was served, I was a bit unpleasantly surprised. The crayfish was so small. I've always had this dish in Compass Point and other branches but it looked like AMK Hub is a little different. Anyway, the taste was the same, so that's fine. It's still my favourite ramen from Ajisen though not my favourite ramen joint throughout Singapore.I loved the gyoza though. They're crispy on the outside, the skin did not tear as soon as you grab them with chopsticks, the meat and vegetable mix inside was juicy and not too salty!

I'm a fan of ramen, no matter how many times I tried Ajisen Ramen, I won't find it authentic. I had their seafood ramen which contained sotong, crab meat, egg, bean sprouts. The soup base has a slightly milky texture. I find the soup base was just average, a bit tasteless. Noodles had a normal texture, it might not be nice but still there's a long queue, sometimes hard to find a seat during weekends here.

Ice skyjuice & ice green teawent dining at Ajisen Ramen with friends and ordered the set meal. Scallop ramen $10+The ramen is actually quite springy and chewy, the soup is made with miso and some other ingredient which make it very milky and tasty. The scallop given is quite generous in portion, and i like the egg.cheesy baked rice w cuttlefish $10+Never thought japanese style baked rice will be nice, this baked rice surprise me. The fried cuttle fish is very crispy and fresh, and the cheesy smell is very fragrant and nice!

This is the pork rib ramen meal which is non-spicy and the pork is chewy and tasty at the same time. It is being well-marinated therefore it has a strong sauce taste, good! And the soup is just nice, not too salty or overpowering taste. And it is a good matches with some warm green tea drink to comfort my full stomach after the whole bowl of ramen! And the service is good when i requested for more hot water when i finished it.
