It was a really late dinner. I was there at about 9 pm and 90% of the stalls in this food centre have already closed. I was really hungry then so not particularly choosy. I happened to walk to a corner of this food centre where this stall is located so it prompted me to try it. I went to the stall and the Auntie handed me the menu quickly. I decided to go with my all time favourite dish - sweet & sour pork for $10. The rice is priced at 0.50 cents per bowl. The dish was served to my table in about 15 minutes. The pieces of meat were nicely coated with a layer of light flour and fried well to give it a slight crispiness before coated with sweet & sour sauce The sweet & sour sauce has got the right balance of the sweetness and sourness.It was an appetizing dish and this dish alone is good to finish 2 bowls of rice.
