Kok Sen Restaurant is a "zi char" stall with an old coffee shop setting located along Keong Saik Street. I have eaten here many times and tried many of their dishes. My all time favourite are their black bean bitter gourd and pork rib, prawn paste chicken, big prawn chu mee feng and black bean sliced fish.
However, I wanted to try something different today and ordered sliced fish soup, stir fried sliced beef and kailan. The sliced fish was very fresh but a very normal dish. Both the beef and kailan were well fried and nice. This place has never failed to satisfy my craving for home cooked chinese food. Oh! this place only accept cash payment.
