A few week ago, I visited Toastbox, and tried their Tom Yum garlic thick toast, which is quite new, and I think that it has a nice savoury taste to it, strong hint of garlic rather than the tom yum, but overall, it has a great texture and bite :) Also, as milk tea is one of my favourite drinks, I decided to order 'teh tarik', which is really good, because of its mild sweetness, and good tea aroma that I love :) I really recommend the drinks and thick toasts over here, because I think it has great quality, and is one of my preferred dining places to have a quick cup of tea :)…查看更多

My sister bought dinner home- Mee Siam takeaway. Both of us shared it as we weren't very hungry that evening. Toast Box staff were kind enough to separate the gravy and the mee hoon as if they didn't, our dinner would have been soggy by the time it got home.The gravy was really thick, so we added hot water to it ourselves. Toast box is no longer selling only bread and coffee. The laksa and mee siam are getting more and more popular at toast box. They are selling the laksa @ $4.50 and mee siam @ $3.50. Price is reasonable and the food is delicious. There's 2 or 3 prawns, plenty of taupok and slice fish cake. Everything is fine and it would better if they can give more soup. Tiong bahru outlet is quite small. Try to get yourself to sit inside instead of the table outside.…查看更多

Toastbox's kaya toast is average only.The bread is not as toasted as expected so does not have the crispy toasted taste when eating it.But the spread of kaya and butter on the bread is even so tastes all right.Normal fare of kaya toast for the heartlanders.A place to eat and chill with friends.…查看更多

The Teh C is quite sweet as a drink and the milk tea is not as smooth as expected.Just the average kind of tea where you can sit down with your friend and drink and chit chat.But Toastbox's Tech C is cheaper than Ya Kun's Teh C by 10cents.So now is up to the consumer markets who prefers what kind of tea.…查看更多
