The soup is very thick and tasty, the mee sua are very fine and soft, u can just swallow without chewing.The oysters they used are very fresh and juicy. i always enjoy eating oyster mee sua from taiwan, love to add plenty or vinegar and chilli. after trying the authentic ah zhong mian xian in taiwan, i yearn to find something similar back home. i was surprised to find out that the shihlin oyster mee sau taste somewhat similar to that of my favourite. i love the thick soup, accompanied by soft mee sua and fresh oysters and shredded chicken.somehow their chilli goes really well with the soup, along with the vinegar, it really makes an ideal meal. u need not wait at all to collect ur food, upon ordering, the shop vendor will scoop the mee sua in front of u. and ta-da u have a bowl of piping hot oyster mee sua. yummy!…查看更多
