I am sure everyone have heard of Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks as their outlets can be found almost everywhere in Singapore! It is a popular Taiwanese food chain at the night markets at Taiwan. The most popular items on their menu are the XXL Crispy Chicken, Handmade Oyster Mee Sua and most recently, Sweet Potato Plum Fries!! The handmade mee sua consists of a generous amount of oysters and shredded chicken and it is best eaten while still hot.
