宏仁堂御膳厅

We ordered the Beef Hor Fun, Sweet & Sour Pork, Salted Egg Prawns, Carrot Cake and Pumpkin Tofu. The place has weird Chinese restaurant decor, it is split into 2, but very very spacious and it goes deep in to the balcony area. I come here to eat pretty often as it's one of my favourite places. The staff are very friendly helpful. Service was fast and good. Beef Hor Fun and the Sweet & Sour Pork were tender and has great "wok hei" taste! The Salted Egg Prawns dish was so succulent and tasty, I wished there were more! The Carrot Cake was interesting, outside crispy and inside soft, very well-done. Many restaurants are unable to achieve this balance. The Pumpkin Tofu was unique because I never had anything like that before, it was creamy and then soft for the tofu. One of my favourite dishes that i really love is this egg white in a nest. Love the chrunchy and crispy "basket" that is made with shredded potatoes that is fried till perfection. The egg whites inside the basket is cooked with ginger and the taste and aroma of the dish is fantastic as the slightly gingered egg and the fried potatoes goes really well with one another.…查看更多

It is a place for chinese cuisine or a simple dinner with your family.Food are like tze char style.However, if you are with a large group of people or big eaters, you need to order more dishes as the servings are for 1 - 2 people.None of the dishes tried were exceptionally nice or memorable.The food does not taste bad either.It is an average restaurant.…查看更多

a few of us had a mini feast at this placewe ordered the shark fin soup.. lemon whole chicken and deep fried fish fillets..the soup was fantastic.. really taste good with vinegar and pepper.. full of ingredientsthe lemon chicken was crispy and the sauce was sour enoughas for the fish fillets.. it was crispy and sweet with its sauce!yummY! …查看更多
