I like the soya beancurd from Selegie Soya Bean. It is smooth and doesn't have the "siap siap" (don't know how to put it in English) taste. Very easy to swallow and sometime one bowl is not enough for me. Other than their original beancurd, I will add in 3 balls of glutinous balls (tang yuan) to make it even more tasty. Mrupupup waited for some time to have their soya beancurd and soya bean drink with pearls. Selegie Soyabean has many outlets in Singapore and was establised in 1998. It was worth the wait as their soya bean drink and soya beancurd are very nice. Their soya beancurd melts in your mouth and taste very nice. I like the combination of soya bean curd with ball dumpling. It is like it has two types of different flavour that you can eat. I order the warm soya bean curd, which they scope upon ordering, and added the dumpling. You can tell them what flavour dumpling you want. It can be all the same, or mix of flavour. For the syrup, you can choose between the normal syrup or request for the another kind of syrup made with brown sugar.

My roommate recommended me to try the Selegie bean curd. She said the soya bean curd was nice. So, i went to try with my friend.I ordered the soya bean curd with peanut rice dumpling while my friend ordered the soya bean curd with "gula melaka".We are quite disappointing as the taste of bean curd is not what we thought. While Selegie's soya beancurd is one of the better ones around, it isn't nearly as smooth and soft as Rochor Beancurd and GoGo Beanz. Unfortunately, the ah balling were a different story altogether. While the yam filling was pleasantly smooth, the glutinous rice skin was thick and stiff. Following the likes of Lao Ban, Selegie has also diversified into the soya pudding market. my girlfriend was craving for some soya bean so we drove to jalan kayu to order our favourite selegie soya bean. we love the soya bean here, it is simply so fresh. the bean curd is so soft and smooth, simply glides down your throat in one mouth. the syrup is a little sweet through, but when eaten with the bean curd, it is just right! totally worth it to travel down.

I was really excited as I approached this stall and was amazed as soon as the dish arrived. My partner and I have ordered a new quirky dish- tofu fries. At first, it really sounded amusing as we had never tried tofu fries in our lives before.. only the common ones made of potatoes or sometimes, sweet potatoes. But then, this was made of tofu. Much healthier, easier to digest and of lesser calories since they are tofu fries.. still they were fried ones though. The tofu fries were yummy. As you bi
