went down to try with friend after singing k next door. this place is always packed with people during dinner time. there are quite a few type of soup base to choose from but we gotten the chicken soup. the variety of dishes to choose from are ok but we somehow have to fight with people to get our food because the people there are so not civilised. the place itself is quite dirty and cramp too so i think go for quick dinner is ok but not stay for a long time

For soup base, we ordered the yuan yang pot comprising of chicken and mala. Although the mala is not as spicy as some other steamboat I had tried, I thought it's good enough. Chuan yi pin is located opposite bugis junction, along the road side. It offers grill and steamboat and can acommodate large groups (We had 20).
