Have been visiting this restaurant since 2011. It was chance upon when the other china hangout we went has msg content which I was sensitive to.The restaurant has undergone one renovation to date n seatings are now wider & more accommodating. Air conditioning & outside seating available. Hygiene while they used to served pre-wrapped bowl & dish which they now don't . Beer is cheap consider for china brand like harebin .Was looking to satisfy my craving for china dish when I used to based in bejing ; decided to give a go and has become a loyal customer. All the classic dishes you will be expected are available in thus stall. More importantly, the price range from $5 to $16 but the portion is huge which can accommodate 4 at one go. Dishes are cooked with good wok fragrance which more importantly the kitchen stress on no msg which is good. Typically in china cuisine , there are 3 classification - cold dish(凉菜）main dish(主菜） rice ,dumplings & noodles（主食）; all the known cold dishes are available accept for a few which I like that they do not have like fried green pepper chilli ( 虎皮尖椒）and their noodle dishes have good varieties .In my personal view is good place to host foreign guest who wants try something different from Singapore dishes. Otherwise ; it will be good to satisfy craving for china taste. Last but not least their dishes are one size for all thus is good to gather at least 4 to go and try.
