Weekly Sunday dinner with the A-Team after Taman Jurong National day event over the weekend. Salted Egg Squid - squid not over-cooked; salted egg batter was coated evenly, nice & salty. Crispy Yam strips were added & it's also nicely coated with salted egg.Spring onion & ginger Chicken. Chicken is very tender & the sauce is sweet. No strong taste of ginger.Cereal Prawn - prawns are fresh & curry leaves in the cereal makes it very fragrant. This is another must order if you come here for dinner. The Pork Ribs King with rice is among their most recommended dishes. The pork ribs were deep fried first before stir-fried with the sweet and sour sauce then served it with plain rice. The texture of the pork ribs was still tender and soft despite having deep-fried. The sauce was so good to go with the rice. A satisfying meal.
