while we wait. it's been a while dining out at amk hub.we had duck of course. and soup. but what i liked was this.i love the mushrooms, the fresh spring greens, and the slices of fish.the sauce though, was just too salty.i like it. if you're asking me, i'd prefer this to the one at soup restaurant.the prices are competitive and for us, it's simple,whichever one we feel like queueing for that day.these two get loads of business every weekend

The top one is hotplate tofu and the right one is fried baby romaine lettuce.The hotplate tofu is very very salty. I need to take plenty of rice to mix with the gravy. The minced meat is salty, otherwise the Tony is smooth and silky.I like this fried baby romaine lettuce. They stir fried it with red fermented bean curd and some chilling. Dian Xiao Er for lunch! Bought their seafood fried rice take away. Thought it was quite pricey. $7.50. However, the portion is really big! I couldn’t even finish half of it! The rice was nicely fried with prawns and seafood and egg. Very very appetizing! I kept the other half for dinner and it still tasted as good!

My first visit with Grandpa.We ordered the signature Herbal Roast Duck, Mongolian Spare Ribs, Sweet & Sour Pork, Seafood Fried Rice with XO Sauce etc. Prices are a little steep but the foods are nice. We felt in love with the Herbal Roast Duck, love the lingering herbal aftertase left on the palate. Strongly recommended.
