Cantonese cuisine rules at the Imperial Treasure, and individual servings means there’s no mad clash of chopsticks over common dishes. Items worth savouring include crisp prawns topped with tiny bits of Chinese sausage ; chilli over perfectly steamed perch; and smoky seared beef cubes topped with garlic chips.

I had an executive lunch at a Chinese restaurant. It was a 6-course dinner. The restaurant setting was quiet as I had lunch at a private room. The first course was the doubled boiled chicken soup in fresh ginseng. The soup was clear and refreshing. It had a strong smell of ginseng which made the soup very refreshing. The soup was boiled with breast chicken. The second dish was the marinated salted chicken. I was rather disappointed to see chicken again as I just had a chicken soup and the second dish was chicken again!. Never mind, just hope that the chicken would be surprising. However, it turned out to be disappointment as it was worst that Hainanese chicken. The chicken portion offered to me was wing portion and I had no meat to enjoy. The third course was vegetable. The portion had already allocated in individual serving. This time, it was Prawn with Pepper and Cashew Nuts. The prawn was shelfless. It suspected that the prawn was frozen and not fresh prawn. The fried rice with diced seafood wrapped in Lotus leaf was the satisfying dish. The fried rice was wrapped with lotus leaf which made the rice smell strong and aromatic. The diced seafood had nothing to be seen by the time it was cooked. It was as good as dissolved with the fried rice. The last course was the dessert, chilled aloe Vera Dessert Topped with Fresh Fruit. It was a colourful dessert with the cut mango and fresh fruit. The dessert was watery. The waitress was very fast in serving. Overall, I was not satisfying with the meal.

Chinese food became our first option with I was dining with family, not only the warming feeling but also the hearty dishes to gather us.It was considered high-class Chinese Restaurant for me. Hidden in the corner at second level of Great World City, the business still quite good during peak dinner hour. Thus, reservation was a must to avoid time wasting to queue or any disappointment. The portion was a bit horrifying, I never expect it was so huge. Beneath the crusty duck skin, there was a good balance of fat and lean meat. I am not the fan of duck actually, but still find it acceptable. Little of fatty layer, it was juicy and tender. Too bad that my camera was out of battery, I failed to capture the Dim Sum there. We ordered Steamed Prawn Dumpling, which was $4.40 for 4. Well-done with fresh shrimp and a thin transparent layer outside, it was decent. The other one was Steamed Custard Buns, pretty good rendition with creamy gravy burst out. It priced at $3.60 for 3. Also the BBQ Pork Pastry, $3.30 for 3, Crunchy skin was served along with the yummy grilled sweet flavourful pork fillings. All of them were absolutely value-for-money. By now, I understand why the restaurant was always packed.

I always love dim sum but it's been quite long since my last visit to Imperial Treasure so when my brother organized to meet up for dim sum recently, i was very happy! Not the first time for me at Imperial Treasure but first time at this Great World City outlet. First impression was good. The staff were friendly and i like the area we were at. I only took one picture for the this whole dim sum but i try to do a rough description. But the only picture i took is for the custard bun and it's so GOOD! Skin is fluffy soft and the filling has the right balance of salted egg york taste in it. Super shiok! For the rest of the dim sum, we had a good mixture of the usual items and it's generally good. Price is reasonable too. For 5 pax, we spent slightly less than $100. It's definitely a restaurant i be back for the good dim sum, reasonable pricing, good service! And after the meal, it's a nice place too to walk around to digest off all the yummy food =)

Visited this outlet over Chinese New Year. One of the dishes we had was the braised abalone with oyster and black moss. The dish was tasty with the abalone being tender and soft and delicious from absorbing the thick braising sauce. The oyster was really special as I have never eaten oysters stuffed with filling before. An interesting dish worth trying, but a negative point is the super high prices!

one really delicious and special dessert I order everytime I patronize this restaurant is the durian pudding, Made with real durian, the pudding has chunks of real durian pulp in it. The pudding is not too sweet and is silky smooth with a very distinguishable taste of durian unlike other inferior puddings. Its a really great ending to a meal milky smooth and absolutely delicious. I also really liked the lobster dish which we enjoyed during chinese new year. It was boston lobster meat with lettuce stem and preserved vegetables. I have never eaten lettuce stem before so this was a very novel experience for me
