Porridge Day ! We're having family dinner and I bought some savoury food to go with porridge i cooked at home.Sweet & sour pork tasted ok but was stale and cold.Braised beancurd skin was soft and chewy (well cooked)Bland mixed vegetable and toufu.All the cold negative effects pretty much were rectified once you dump them into hot porridge.
