Comforting Food.

This is another noodle stall in this food centre. I was there on a weekday for lunch. The queue for this stall was equally long as the other stall. The service was rather prompt so the waiting time was not too long. The regular portion is $3 and the larger portion is $3.50 but if you prefer to have extra ingredients added then it would be $4.Most of their customers ordered the soup version but i still prefer the dry one. The service was rather prompt so the waiting time was not too long. The regular portion is $3 and the larger portion is $3.50 but if you prefer to have extra ingredients added then it would be $4.

Most of their customers ordered the soup version but i still prefer the dry one. I ordered the Mee Pok with extra ingredients at $4. A big bowl of soup served along with the noodle. I requested for extra chilli to be added but the level of spiciness still tasted rather minimum. It got a handful of bits and pieces fried pork lards added to the noodle to enhance its taste.

The soup tasted a bit bland as compared to the other stall but it has got quite a bit of ingredients like pork liver, lean meat, minced meat, fishball, fishcake and poached egg in that bowl of soup though.

I felt their standard is on par with the other noodle stall but i do think their noodle tasted a little better in term of the sauce mix.

This is my comfort food as it made me happy.

I tried this for the first time and fallen in love with that bowl of soup. I was there quite late and the stall was about to close. They only left with the mee kia. The texture tasted quite different from the usual mee kia. It is more springy and smooth. A bowl of soup consists of pork's liver, lean meat, minced meat, fishball together with a poached egg was served with the noodle. This stall is serving the handmade noodle. You can choose the dry or soup version. If you choose the dry version, you will get a bowl of noodle nicely mixed in a chilli and tomato based sauce with a bowl of soup. The tomato taste can be a little overwhelmed but it might not be so when you got used to it. You will get a bowl of soup. You will get a bowl of soup. In this bowl of soup, you will get slices of fishcake, lean meat and pig liver together with fishballs and a poached egg, all in a rich in flavor soup with no MSG detected.

The soup version seemed to be in a better demand. I would definitely come back again to order the soup one.

Highly recommended.
