One of my favourite hawker food is Bak Chor Mee! As I can't take chilli, I opted for the the non-spicy one & they substituted it with ketchup sauce. The bowl of Bak Chor Mee consist of meatballs, minced meat, liver, pork slices and braised mushrooms. I love the combination of sweet vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce! The ingredients were fresh and the noodles were soaked full of flavours. My favourite part were the mushrooms! Very juicy!By the way, this food stall is conveniently located opposite Bugis Junction and they open 24 hours each day! Now you know where to head for midnight bak chor mee cravings!

FoodMy friend had heard about this 24hrs stall over the years but have not tried it out. And that night, we decided to give it a try! Never tried dried mee sua over minced pork noodle before and to my surprise, its fantastically good! The mee sua is still smooth and not lump/cluster/stick together after sometimes. Imagine I finished its mee sua and leaving lots of minced pork left over. A simple bowl of dried mee sua at $3.50 is moderate filling to my stomach, I will say that its more of quality than quantity of food. I should have order a slightly bigger portion. Knowing that the portion is small, my friend had ordered a $5 bowl, satisfying meal with lots adequate ingredients - a few meat balls. This stall is one of my favourite stall when I am craving for minced pork noodles. The best part about their noodles is that generous amount of ingredients can be found in their bowl of noodles which includes the chewy lean meat, juicy and tender minced pork and fragrant sliced mushrooms, and together with the crunchy fresh beansprouts. The combination of all these ingredients certainly has make their noodles taste really good and make you want to crave for more.
