2004年3月,創辦人——費立明在惹蘭勿剎創立手拉手京 華美食小館。自年開業以來,秉承冰凍的不如新鮮的,機器的不如手工做的經營理念,一直深受廣大食客喜愛。京華小館開業之初主要經營北方小吃以及傳統麵食,以小籠包,鍋貼,各種手工拉麵而聞名,應附近食客的需求,也開始經營麻辣香鍋及傳統川菜。

Gave my parents a little treat as I just got promoted. Whenever I run out of ideas on where to bring my parents out for meal, I will hop onto Dr Leslie's Tay blog and do a search on the Chinese food that he recommended. Through his blog, I found this little gem at Jalan Besar.It offers nice Xiao Long Bao 小笼汤包 at an affordable price!Sliced Pork Belly with Garlic and Chilli oil (Appetizer) ($4.80) Nice and tender. Thinly sliced such that it seemed that the fats melted in our mouth.自制家乡豆腐Homemade Tofu ($10.80) Very soft and nice too.小笼汤包Xiao Long Bao ($6.80 for 8)金牌脆皮锅贴Pan Fried Dumpling ($6.80)Both the Xiao Long Bao and Fried Dumplings were nicely done. In general, I think the food here was really value-for-money. Recommended!
