After my first visit here on last year, I decided to come back again to check out their famous chilli crab and at the same time try their steamfish with my fellow friends. Restaurant as usual is spacious and comfortable. Service remain friendly and quite fast this time round. Chilli crab (which they are using the Sri Lanka) gravy is very thick and spicy, which taste great! Crabs used are very fresh and sweet, with soft crab meat as well. The deep fried ma tou goes very well with this dish. Steam fish smells and taste good as well. The Soon Hock Fish is soft and fresh,and the dark sauce gravy is tasty and not overly seasoned. Chilli Crabs from this seafood restaurant has always been my favourite dish from this restaurant. Usually I will come here with one of my good friend to have this dish together. For the price of nearly to $40, is quite expensive but fortunately the portion was not really that little. The chilli sweet gravy is thick and appetizing and the crabs have very soft and sweet meat and the shelves are not too difficult to be removed. We always like to mix the fried man tou into this dish as it will taste even better for us. Restaurant is very comfortable and spacious, service was quite friendly too. 繼續閱讀

After the water and fireworks, we went to SG Seafood Republic as I had a craving for crabs.We were greeted by a beautiful building front and a friendly server who had us seated and took our orders of Fried Ee Mian , Kailan and Chilli Crab and Fried Man Tou (Buns).Glossy baby kailan was fresh and crunchy, simply stir fried with garlic which makes it aromatic.Fried Ee Mian had 100% wok hei taste , generous portions which fed both of us well. Shredded leeks and chai sim lightens the dish and overall the taste was very flavourful on its own , but ready to serve as perfect companion to the next limelight dish.Though cooked in tangy spicy chilli and tomato sauces , the crab’s meat still retains its natural sweetness and the meat portion was a lot ! (p.s : at the time of this scenario, no clean fingers were available to snap the crabs) The crispy yet fluffy buns , like an edible delicious sponge , soaks up all the scrumptious chilli crab sauce like peanut butter jam and bread, but better.Considerately , we were given disposable aprons to prevent staining of our clothes.Overall what we ordered complimented each other dishes and tasted its maximum potential when eaten together rather than on its own. 繼續閱讀

had dinner with my friend's hong kong relatives. his family promised to bring their relatives to some great restaurant. I HAVE TO SAY THE CRAB IS SOOOOO NIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCE!!! we even finished all the juice left, hahaha with the crispy golden man tou. the crab we ordered is tomato sauce flavour. meat is juicy and fresh. staff , an auntie who served us , is very friendly , kept refilling tea for us. but you know this kind of restaurant located in sentosa... price is not cheap 繼續閱讀
