Revisiting this place after a long break. No great changes to the menu with a few items added.HK Milk Tea 特制香港奶茶 (S$3.20)The usual Hong Kong milk tea. Taste good but no wow factor.Sour Plum Coke 话梅可乐 (S$4.90)Coke with a twist. Simply love how the sour plum blends into the coke making this less gassy and yet no sour taste of the plum.Soft Boiled Eggs 半生熟鸡蛋 (S$2.50)Runny eggs! My dining partner's favourite.Crispy Prawn Noodle 虾仁生面 (S$12.90)Loaded with fresh prawns, this is rather tasty with the gravy not too sticky.Honey Sweet Sauce Chicken Wings (S$4.90)Quite a letdown as its not crispy enough and the sauce is too sweet.Luncheon Meat 'N' Egg Sandwich 鸡蛋午餐肉三文治 (S$3.90)Simple sandwich with thick luncheon meat and egg together with mayonnaise makes this delicious.Almond Cream with Glutinous Balls 杏仁糊汤圆 (S$4.90)The taste of this is quite decent with strong almond flavour but the texture is too gluey.

.Xin Wang Fried Rice with seafood and pork taste not bad but very oily. fried prawn beancurd skin and fried waton ( soso)Curry chicken is still my faviorite dish in xin wang.. is a "MUST try" and also the dim sum is not bad too.. the ming xia jiao is crispy and freshly served... the chee cheong fun is too sweet.. dun try it..haha.. and the fried wanton is overly cooked this time.. overall.. do try the prawn dumpling, siew mai, curry chicken , prawn paste chicken , and the fresh toast! Not bad!Yuan yang is nice and fresh toast ( big, nice but v oily), har gao and siew mai not bad.

Ordinary food is no longer ordinary in a restaurant like Xin Wang (new and prosperous, in English). With a great environment like Xin Wang, one won't be surprised to find many insurance agents and businessmen negotiating their deals over there. Radish Cake - $4.90Crispy on the outside, chewy in the inside. The Radish cake is a MUST-BUY, because they really made it top-notch quality.Iced HK Milk Tea - $3.50This is something that I'll always buy because the coffee is really thick, but sometimes it gets overly sweet.Chicken Porridge - $7.90The porridge with egg yolk and sauce as well as chicken is a very simple meal that makes me think of my mother's cooking.

I had the Papaya Soup Pork Chop Noodles in Xin Wang. This dish has always been my favorite because I love the soup a lot. If I am not wrong it is simmered and boiled with big pork bones using some hidden recipe to achieve the tasty taste! I got addicted to the soup and will always finish off the whole bowl of soup. The noodles in this dish are the wonton mee noodles and often it is cooked perfectly with the bouncy kind of texture. The pork chop is a little overcooked because it tasted a bit tough and difficult to chew. I think I will change to chicken chop in future.

The curry tasted very nice and the flavors have remarkable depth. Most of the time, I will order their curry chicken set, it serve in rice or bread.I like their Ice Yin Yang drink, the taste was quite different compare to the outside coffee shop. Coffee & Tea had blended just nice. But recently the price of the drink had been increased.Overall it is a nice place to hang out and have a family meal.
