Had sambal stingray for supper. I wanted to get the small one but it was out of stock (11pm). The medium size costed $12 and was worth it as slices were thick. The stingray meat was tender and the sambal was sufficiently spicy though it may be a little salty if you eat it without rice like I did. It tasted fresh and flesh was slightly sweet too. It was a yummy supper

Always crowded but there’s too many good food to not come here. We ordered BBQ Stingray and Chili sotong from this stall.Piping hot meaty and toothsome stingray covered with sizzling red spicy sambal chili, a dash of lime makes this dish even more appetizing. Well cooked chili squid was fresh and succulent, goes really well with white rice. A small plate of chili Chinchalok was given to us for dipping but it was too sour and spicy for my liking.
