I past by this food court during my lunch hour and decided to check out the curry chicken noodles here. The stall is quite clean and neat, which a lot of choices of food can be found here. For me, my favourite from this stall is their chicken curry noodles. The yellow noodles are very chewy and not too soggy. The chicken meat inside here are very fragrant and not too tough as well. The curry noodles is a must try, which is very thick and tasty. At $4, I think is very worth the price and the service here is quite friendly as well. 繼續閱讀

This food court Lan Kwai Fong is nestled in the heart of Changi Business Park at the far end of the island. It caters primarily to the office-goers with its affordable prices and wide range of variety. As always, the first dish I will order at any food court or hawker centre is either the Hainanese Chicken Rice or Bak Chor Mee. The most eye-catching item on the Chicken Delights menu is the Hainanese Chicken Rice set at $6.50. The set comprises two side dishes of bok choy, tofu and hard-boiled egg, as well as the chicken, rice and soup. The portion is good for one hungry person with big appetite (I can finish all of it on my own, if that is a good gauge). I liked how generous they were with the Bak Choy Vegetables. I know vegetables are cheap but there are some places who don't even give enough vegetables. There are more than enough to go around. It is adequately seasoned but the temperature of the vegetables is cold. Pretty much everything served was cold though. They could do better by giving it a quick dip into boiling water.I have mixed feelings about this Deep-fried Tofu; I liked the crispy tofu skin but the inside of the tofu has a strange, inconsistent bite to it. Not sure what caused it to be this way, but it is generally okay. I liked the hard-boiled egg! Its yolk is the gooey half solid half liquid sort, and truly enjoyable. The chicken was inconsistent in its quality though, there were some slices of it that was really tender and delicious, but I also hit some that was quite hard too. On top of that, the chicken is not entirely boneless. The rice was average, faintly fragrant and they could add a bit more sesame oil to it. I was most impressed by the soup, you could tell the soup was cooked with chicken simmered together with it. There was also corn in the soup - a plus point for me! Do note that it is closed on weekends. 繼續閱讀

Was here for a business appointment when the name of the food court caught my eye, Lan Kwai Fong. Hoping to see many HK cuisine but did not see any. Anyway this chicken rice stall caught my eye. Wanted to try their curry chicken even though the signature dish is chicken rice. The menu actually shows it as curry chicken noodle but i requested for rice instead which was obliged by the owner, thumbs up. They also offered me chicken rice instead of the usual plain white rice too.The chicken curry could have been better, a little too diluted and could have been better if more coconut milk was used, but the chicken parts taste ok, though its apparent the chicken parts have not been cooked in the currey for long, it was nicely biteful and not too fat. The potato was fine as well. Hope they can work on their curry gravy sauce. Will try their chicken rice set next time. My curry chicken set cost $4.50 繼續閱讀
