Was craving for some 'chinese' dessert on a super hot day. Needed something to cool my body. Bought some 雪蛤 dessert home and freeze it in the freezer to make it colder. Wow, it tasted really good and tasty. Its not too sweet but still very flavourful. Was told that 雪蛤 has many nutritional value and its good for women as its can improve complexion.

Whenever I feel heaty, I will always get my cooling tea from oriental herbal tea shop. One of my favourites is the chrysanthemum tea. It is brewed by the shop keeper. You can taste the home cooked taste. One thing I like about their chrysanthemum tea is that it is not too sweet, it taste good both cold or warm and it only cost $1.20. a lot cheaper than those canned drinks you buy at food courts or hawker centres!
