This white version carrot cake is really those very soft and smooth type. Lots of beaten eggs are used in this dish which ensure all pieces of carrot cakes are coated with generous amount of beaten eggs on it. The chilli paste is quite spicy so do not take it if you are afraid of too spicy food. Topped with generous amount of chopped spring onions which make the carrot cakes really fragrant and tasty. However I should say the portion is not really generous although the price is not too high.

I simply love carrot cakes, I tried the carrot here and I find it is one of the best I have eaten. There offer two kinds of carrot cakes, the white ones and the black ones. I tried their black carrot cake this time. One thing I love about their carrot cake is that the pieces are very chewy. They added a lot of eggs as well. The black sauce really makes the carrot cake taste so sweet. as a whole it is really tasty and delicious!

I am so glad to have found this gem of a stall. Though the portion was quite little to me, the carrot cake tasted good enough. The crispiness of the top of the carrot cake is full of praise and the fresh spring onions make the smell very refreshing. Their chilli is not too bad too.

This has always been one of the stalls that i frequent on a regular basis for fried white carrot cake. I usually waited for the regular lady to be on duty to order. I like it with additional preserved radish added and to pan-fried it a little longer to achieve the crispy texture. The portion is getting a little lesser as compared to before. I like how this stall fried the carrot cake. Their carrot cake is not scatter in tiny pieces but in square block pieces with the aid of the egg added. This make it easier to consume the carrot cake with the fork. Thus, you need not have to use the fork and poke 1 piece by 1 piece of the carrot cake or have a hard time scooping the small pieces of carrot cake.The chili together with the spring onion boost the flavour of the carrot cake.
