The outlet located in Changi Airport occupied a round area which is just next to the escalator. Here one has to take a number at the entrance to get a table. The waiting time is not long for a table of 6. We are showed to a long table. When seeing an empty round big table, we request for a change but not given. The place is decorated in traditional chinese style in dark wooden tone.Signature Dynasty Xiao Long Bao ($16.20++)A must to have dish in this restaurant and we order 2 servings to share. Remember to have it while it is still hot. Else the skin tends to stick onto the cloth and become difficult to remove.Pan fried Shanghai Pork Bun ($4.20++/3 pc)Quite juicy meat bun but I prefer the base to be crispier.Steamed Tianjin Meat Bun ($4.20++ / 3pc)Tastes similar to the Pan fried Shanghai Pork Bun, but without the crispy base.Radish Pastry ($4.20++/ 3pc)I am a bit disappointed in this one, as it does not taste as crispy and juicy as the version in the main outlet.Marinated Mixed Vegetables with Sesame Oil ($4.80++)A light dish of vegetables, barely any seasoning in it.Egg-fried Rice ($6.80++)A bit too char and oily for fried rice.Wok-fried Rice Cake with Pork and Vegetables ($10.80++)This dish is surprisingly very nice. The simple rice cake is very flavourful and chewy in this thick sauce.La Mian with Vegetable Pork Wanton ($8.80++)The soup is very flavourful, with tender, chewy noodles. The wantons are big and juicy. Yummy dish.La Mian with Braised Pork Belly ($10.80++)Similar to the La Mian with Vegetable Pork Wanton, but we have ordered it as one of us want to have braised pork belly. The pork belly is very tender with a melt in the mouth texture.Pan-fried Pancake with Red Bean ($6.00++)It tastes quite nice but a bit oily for me. Maybe it is because it is cold when I have it.Overall the food is agreeable with all, even for the hong kong girl whom we are celebrating the farewell for.

Paradise Dynasty's newest branch takes over the space at T3's mezzanine floor overlooking the departure hall which was hitherto occupied by Crystal Jade. We are delighted with the new restaurant as it means that we no longer need to head to their flagship restaurant at Ion Orchard to satisfy our cravings for handcrafted noodles and xiaolongbao with innovative soup base. The quality of the food and service at T3's Paradise Dynasty surpasses that of the previous restaurant occupying the same premises. The marinated jellyfish with seafood was a palate pleaser, as were the original xiaolongbao, foie gras xiaolongbao and black truffle xiaolongbao. The limited edition offering of a basket comprising four each of the danggui xiaolongbao and shiquan xiaolongbao received mixed reviews; some of our family members could not appreciate the robust medicinal herb-based soup filling. The staff were kept busy with the never ending stream of weekend diners but were cheerful and efficient, unlike the apathetic attitude of the Crystal Jade crew that served us during our previous visit to T3 in January.
