明明有一週時間待在新加坡，應該做到看到更多的事與物 不過還是與友人悠閒四逛自在一點，反正這麼就近總有再訪的機會 直至最後一天上機之前我們仍在趕路，拖著行李來到機場附近的樟宜村小販中心 七天過去，而美食清單上的項目卻沒消去，但是來到美食廣場就一次過可以嚐到不同滋味 01-13 B 樟宜村菜頭粿 Changi Village Carrot Cake 來到新加坡總要嚐嚐炒菜頭粿，只知道是蘿蔔糕，並有黑白兩味，但沒嚐過就不能領略 我們點的黑菜頭棵炒得香口，原來不像在香港吃時的豐富味道及質感，倒是似棉花糖 煎香後的菜頭棵添上蛋香，以及少許黑醬油鹹中帶甜的味道，略嫌味不夠濃惹 樟宜村小販中心 2 Changi Village Rd, Singapore 500002

Tuck in the corner of Changi Village Hawker Centre, you will be able to see the one and only stall selling Carrot Cake and nothing else. It's quite easy to spot the stall as it is located just beside the bus interchange where commuters board the buses.With the presence of the snaky queue, there is no doubt of their standard.The first mouthful of the black carrot cake had indeed told me how Changi Village Carrot Cake stands up among the rest. In my opinion, to survive on serving only a dish, popularity should be there and since they have been there for many years, somehow the taste just won't go wrong.I was swept by the presence of the eggs & black sauce together with the chopped garlic. Taste of chopped garlic was not too overpowering and strikes a right amount of sweet and saltiness among the cubes of soft black coated yummy carrot cakes.
