There is always a lot of people queuing at this stall so I guess their soup is really good. I ordered their Lotus Pork Rib soup. I must say the soup is really thick and flavourful. You can simply taste that they spend some time brewing the soup. Not only does the soup taste salty, it also have some sweetness in it. I think because they added some squid in it. It was dinner time and this place was flooded with patrons. There was no empty table except one at the innermost section where the little kids corner was. Over here, the chairs seemed smaller than usual. In addition to this designated children section, most of the stalls in this foodcourt has special kids meal. One could even choose to purchase and bring back the cute kiddie lunchbox. Nice, isn't it?Well, I didn't buy the kid's meal, of course. Instead, I bought the ten assorted herbal chicken soup, the only pure chicken soup sold in this stall. I ordered the special pumpkin rice to go with the soup. The soup, by itself cost $6.00 and the rice was $0.80. Initially, I wanted the white rice, but it was $0.50 each. I thought it was more worth it to add $0.30 for the pumpkin rice. And I have to say that it was worth it. The pumpkin rice was very nice. It has some cabbage in addition to the pumpkin. Very tasty and went well with the soup. Whenever I feel abit heaty, I would normally buy a bowl of their lotus roots with pork ribs soup to eat. The lotus root slices are crunchy and not too hard. The pork ribs are really tender, juicy and with not much pork fats on it. The soup is clear, with the sweetness of the pork meat and wolf berries in it and also the soup is not too oily too. i was a little undecided what to have so i decided to try the herbal soup at the food court. the soup was really delicious. i ordered the old cucumber pork ribs soup. there was quite a lot of meat in the soup. the soup was very thick and you can taste that the shop owner cooked it for a long time. it was very tasty and makes you want to drink more mouth after the other. one of the nicest herbal soup i tasted.…查看更多

One of my favourite soup is the Old Cucumber Pork Rib Soup. Some places sell it with chicken but I prefer it with pork rib as the taste is totally different. Old cucumber is good for cooling, nutritious and helps prevent aging. With so many plus points, I would definitely want to make it a point to have this old cucumber pork rib soup once a week. Furthermore, the soup cooked here are really up to standard in terms of it's looks and taste. They are also selling small bowls of buddha jumps over the wall. Shall try it some other days. …查看更多
