I was having my lunch near my office area, I would like to eat some spicy food because of Monday Blue. Haha, sound weird?!Let me introduce this Nasi Lemak, maybe the appearance was still okay, not so nice, but in fact it was really tasty especially the Sambal. It was just a simple Nasi Lemak, without any luxury ingredient. The rice was nice, full of pandan leave’s aroma. Only costed $2.50 per plate, unfortunately the portion was so small.

Located near the dim sum stall, this store's speciality would be their you tiao. The you tiao is crispy and fried almost golden brown. The colour caught my eye and that's the reason why I bought it to try it out. It is rather oily but I cannot imagine how nice this would be without it.

Don't be fooled by the signboard as they don't sell nasi lemak here.They sell only handmade yu tiao like long plain,or round salted,sweet and/or with red bean and each piece at 70 cents or 3 pieces at $2 and you can mix and match.The yu tiao sold here is really very nice.It is soft and thin and not thick dought and chances are you could enjoy the yu tiao hot as they are sold very fast once ready and they only sell in the morning and you can see many elderly people eating their yu tiao with coffee as a coffee stall is just next door.
