I took away half of the roasted chicken with rice from this chicken rice stall to have it at home for the first time. The roasted chicken still have got its tenderness despite having deep fried. It has left a nice flavor on the skin. The chicken was quite meaty and tasted really good. The rice tasted nice with a slight taste of chicken broth. The chilli is not as spicy as expected but still goes well with chicken and the rice.
